Yesterday was a crazy day! Started at 7am and drove to Shiner,Tx to prep for a large catering event. I made 200 gallons of mushroom demi-glaze, another 200 gallons of cajun sauce and then back to the restaurant in San Antonio for the evening rush. I just had to finish off the night with a tall glass of wine…okay, maybe 3! lol
