Rainy Sunday’s = Creme Brûlée

A little creme’ brûlée on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I’ve been prepping for a party of 600 most of the day yesterday and I have to tell you…a sista is beat lol. Enjoying the quiet of the restaurant with a sip of vino this afternoon. The clatter of pans and sizzle of entrees will begin soon. So I thought now was a good time to drop a post on my peeps!
