After taking care of a wedding party of 500 Saturday afternoon, I just felt like having some good crusty garlic bread, fresh spinach salad…and a boat load of white wine! Preparing 500 pork sliders, cilantro infused jicama cole slaw and roasted chicken for a bunch of Texans is no small venture lol. Fill your glasses…and empty them with a smile!
